We offer complimentary returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the fragrance remains in its original, sealed packaging with the cellophane intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for bottles that have been opened or sprayed.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the unopened fragrance in its original box and use the protective shipping materials to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our boutique receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
